How we improved decisions by introducing new tools
Challenge
The Organisation was in need of consistent, effective decision-making to support their pricing strategy. Additionally, there was a need to build a strong pricing mindset across all levels of the organisation.
We collaborated closely with the Analytics team to develop and launch decision-making tools. To reinforce the new pricing approach, we designed and led workshops tailored to stakeholders at every level.
Approach
We launched a new analytical tool for improved pricing decisions. Stakeholders across the organisation were introduced to a unified pricing mindset, enhancing overall business alignment.
